Refund policy
IMPORTANT
Any order that is returned will not be refunded ANY of the Credit Card or related processing fees. No we do not keep these for ourselves.....Shopify does not refund these unfortunately. If your item has shipped you wont get the shipping fees returned either.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. It has to be for a valid reason. Buyers remorse or my wife found out are not sufficient.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at kandgusa@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our designated address.
If your return is accepted, You will be provided the return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless we determine the return is due to a fault of our own, we do not pay for return shipping.

Items returned by the postal carrier that were not accepted for ANY reason will be returned minus the cost of shipping. If the item was not delivered as a fault of K&GUSA LLC we will make the determination to refund the full amount or subtract the cost of shipping.
Returns sent back through the proper disclosed methods below will be subject to a 5% restocking fee in addition to loss of shipping fees, CC processing ect. Returns sent without contacting us first will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In order to send a return you need a return authorization number . Returns that are sent in condition other than the original condition we sent It in will be subject to a restocking fee and any other fee that we have the sole discretion of determining in order to make the item sellable again. We take vidos and pictures prior to each shipment so don't try to pull a fast one on us, we will call your shit and you will get nada! This could include sending to the maker to have repairs made. Once we determine the cost to return the knife to its original condition, we will advise and send a refund less thee costs. If It is determined that the knife is unrepairable, no refund will be issued and the knife will. be returned. Should the knife not be accepted the buyer is formfitting the knife and no second attempt to to deliver will be made to deliver by K&GUSA LLC..
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. WE DO NOT TAKE DAMAGED KNIVES BACK!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International shipping
We do international shipping but you must contact us first before purchasing. If you purchase from us and have an international shipping address and have not consulted with us first, your order will be cancelled, and any fees associated that we are unable to recuperate. (credit card fees, wire fees, conversion fee, ect) will be not returned to the purchaser. International shipping is done at the buyers risk. Meaning once It leaves our site, we can no longer be responsibility for lost or, damaged, or seized items. Dealing with customs is your responsibility as well.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve receive your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment minus any shipping, Processing or restocking fees, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If shopify gives me a warnign that your account, card, or other method of payment is risky or fraudulent, Your order will be cancelled minus any fees we incur. Sio make sure your addresses match, and you arent maxing out your credit card in one day.
